    If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, notify us immediately.
    We’ll either refund your payment or reship the order at no extra cost.
  2. 7-Day Return/Exchange for Received Items
    Eligibility: Unopened, unused products in original packaging.
    Process:

    Ship the item back using the provided label (we cover return shipping).
    Once inspected, refunds/exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
