Refund and Returns Policy
At Fresheye Lenses, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how our return/exchange process works:
- 7-Day Return for Unreceived Orders
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, notify us immediately.
We’ll either refund your payment or reship the order at no extra cost. - 7-Day Return/Exchange for Received Items
Eligibility: Unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Process:
Email us at returns@fresheyelenses.pk with order details and reason.
Ship the item back using the provided label (we cover return shipping).
Once inspected, refunds/exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days. - Exceptions
Customized lenses (e.g., specific prescriptions) cannot be returned.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
